Our support workers play a vital role in organizing and implementing daily activities for clients, including personal care, domestic assistance, and community access.
Our ideal candidate will have experience supporting clients with Spinal Injury, Cerebral Palsy, and various Mental Health disorders. Additionally, they should have experience in bowel care or be willing to learn, as well as experience in manual handling or willing to learn.
To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will hold a Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability, or equivalent, and possess an Australian driver's license and their own fully insured vehicle. They must also be able to abide by all mandatory directives as mandated within the relevant state or territory where they work.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and domestic assistance to clients
- Organize and implement daily activities for clients
- Assist clients with Spinal Injury, Cerebral Palsy, and various Mental Health disorders
- Have experience in bowel care or willingness to learn
- Have experience in manual handling or willingness to learn
- Hold a Certificate III or IV in individual support, disability, or equivalent
