Speech Pathologist Career Opportunities

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team of over 100 therapists across NSW, QLD, and the ACT.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a graduate Speech Pathologist to develop their clinical skills and expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will work closely with customers, their families, and other health professionals to provide high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of clients across the lifespan, providing timely and evidence-based intervention.
  • Work in various locations, including clinics, schools, homes, and via telehealth.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that promote optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices.

You will have access to regular peer meetings, clinical supervision, and opportunities for internal professional development. We also offer an external professional development budget and 10 days paid leave per year.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Registration with SPA.
  • Experience working with children, young people, and adults with disability.
  • Understanding of assessments and interventions within scope.
  • Current driver's licence and willingness to drive.
  • WWCC & NDIS worker check.
  • Current first aid and CPR certification.
