The Role
We are looking for a detail-focused and proactive Accounts Payable professional with a strong background in managing staff expenses. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Previous experience in Accounts Payable, with a focus on staff expenses and corporate credit card reconciliations
- Solid communication skills to liaise effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
- Experience in FX management and month-end processes
- A team player with the ability to work independently when needed
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Processing staff expenses and corporate credit card reconciliations
- Maintaining FX within the expense system
- Handling month-end reporting for expenses
- Managing the accounts payable inbox
- Sending remittances and invoices
- Responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders
