**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead GIS projects, guiding the team as they scale and work directly with clients to scope out projects and develop new business opportunities.
  • Work hands-on with GIS software (Esri, QGIS, etc.), including scripting with Python and developing proof-of-concept solutions.
  • Mentor junior team members to help them grow and share expertise in GIS technologies.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the company and drive innovation across projects.

**Requirements**

  • At least 10 years of experience in GIS, ideally within asset management, engineering, urban development, or utilities.
  • Strong proficiency with Esri tooling (e.g., ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online).
  • Solid experience with Python scripting and developing GIS solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects, interacting with clients, and mentoring teams.
  • A passion for geospatial technology and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
