We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Duty Manager to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our aquatic facility with a focus on safety and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate facility operations to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for patrons
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders
  • Monitor and maintain facility equipment and infrastructure
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • National Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Legally entitled to work in Australia
