Key Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager, your duties will encompass:

  1. Supervising a team of tradespeople to ensure that maintenance and project tasks are executed efficiently, meeting quality, cost, time, and productivity standards.
  2. Enhancing the maintenance team's skills in fault detection methodologies, Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone Diagrams, and other techniques to foster a proactive maintenance culture.
  3. Further developing and refining strategies aimed at establishing a predictive maintenance environment.
  4. Maximizing uptime and reducing maintenance expenses by optimally managing assets throughout their lifecycle.
  5. Ensuring compliance with process safety regulations and overseeing the global maintenance network, including contractors.
Candidate Profile

Ideally, you will possess a degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.

You should have substantial experience in formulating and executing maintenance strategies that promote a proactive and preventative maintenance culture.

Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis techniques is essential.

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent problem-solving capabilities, are required.
