Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a qualified and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team at SDN Children's Services.

About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position in our 2-5 years room, where you will work as part of a team to provide high-quality early childhood education and care to children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain nurturing relationships with children, promoting positive behavior and communication.
  • Implement an approved learning framework, working collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and inclusive environment.
  • Support the development of children's skills and knowledge, ensuring their individual needs are met.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Current Working with Children's Check (NSW).
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Experience in a similar role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (preferable).
