Global Investment Book of Record Manager

A pivotal role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring accurate timely delivery of Investment Books of Record (IBOR) to clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the Global/Regional IBOR team as a client-facing point of escalation.
- Implement continued global strategy for IBOS and oversee daily operational activities for client reporting.
- Manage team oversight, including work allocation, capacity management, talent management, and build relationships with Client teams.
- Collaborate with global IBOR teams to achieve 100% timeliness accuracy in a 'follow the sun' model.
- Partner with Relationship Managers to lead client service due diligence meetings and collaborate cross-functionally to manage IBOR service delivery.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of financial markets and investment products.
