Surveyor Role

As a senior surveyor, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality land and strata development projects. You will lead a team of experts and work closely with clients, engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and reliable survey plans and data.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee land and strata surveying projects from inception to completion.
  • Manage a survey team, calculations, and deliverables.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, legislation, and standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and reliable survey outputs and title advice.
  • Provide expert guidance and support to clients and stakeholders.
  • Mentor and support junior surveyors and team members.
  • Travel within NSW.
Qualifications:
  1. Registered Land Surveyor (NSW) with relevant qualifications and 5+ years post-registration experience.
  2. Proven experience in large-scale land and strata development projects (100+ lots).
  3. Experience with LRS NSW Digital Plans.
  4. Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and software.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Effective communication and leadership abilities.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
