The Opportunity
We're seeking an exceptional Senior Aged Care Operations Manager to join our Gold Coast leadership team. The ideal candidate will be a consultative leader from a clinical setting, with a passion for empowering clinical and non-clinical teams to provide exceptional care to our residents. This role will inspire you every day to deliver on Opal's purpose while challenging your abilities to operate a complex service-focused business.
In this role, you'll have the opportunity to accelerate your leadership career under the support and guidance of your Regional General Manager and national support teams. You'll collaborate with and be led by some of the best leaders in the sector, with access to ongoing leadership pathway programs and scholarships.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead and empower a diverse team to provide exceptional care to residents.
- Motivate and inspire your team to achieve quality standards and financial results.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies to drive business growth.
- Foster strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders.
