Job Title: Casual Sales and Customer Engagement Assistant
About the RoleWe are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual Sales and Customer Engagement Assistant. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert customer service to retail and trade customers
- Promote and expand our Trade Loyalty Program and Trade accounts
- Develop strong product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
- Achieve and exceed personal sales targets
- Support other team members to ensure business goals are met
- Contribute to the overall presentation of the store through merchandising and general housekeeping
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in a customer service environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to genuinely connect with customers
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach to all aspects of your job
- A strong attention to detail
