Key Responsibilities

  • Activity Planning: Develop and design a diverse range of lifestyle programs tailored to the residents' interests, abilities, and preferences.
  • Resident Assessment: Create and review Lifestyle Assessments to ensure needs-based programming is occurring.
  • Program Implementation: Oversee the execution of planned activities and events, ensuring that they are well-organized, safe, and inclusive.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers who can assist with activities and events.

Requirements

  • Certificate IV in Leisure and Lifestyle or equivalent.
  • Adaptable, passionate, and willing to learn.
  • Collaborative and skilled at teamwork.
  • Friendly and effective communication abilities.
  • Ability to drive the Arcare bus.
