Key Responsibilities
  • Meat Preparation and Quality Control: Prepare and butcher a wide variety of premium meats to the highest standards, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Work Environment: Ensure the kitchen remains clean, safe, and well-organized at all times, adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
  • Stock Management and Storage: Collaborate with the Head Chef and kitchen team to manage stock levels, ensure proper storage of all products, and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to meet daily production requirements, provide expert advice on meat cuts and quality to the team and customers, and ensure seamless communication throughout the kitchen.
About You
  • Proven Experience: Possess proven experience as a butcher, preferably in a high-end or fine dining environment, with a strong understanding of different meat cuts, preparation techniques, and butchering tools.
  • Passion for Quality: Demonstrate a passion for high-quality produce, maintaining excellence in food preparation, and delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent attention to detail, strong communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a highly collaborative and dynamic kitchen environment.
