Job Role: Export Administrator

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and adaptable professional to join our team as an Export Administrator. You will be responsible for ensuring the accurate preparation and submission of export shipping documentation and customs declarations, guaranteeing full compliance with international trade regulations.

As an Export Administrator, you will coordinate shipments with freight forwarders from both local and international contractors, optimize freight bookings, routes, and modes to minimize costs and improve operational efficiency. You will also work closely with sales, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure on-time, complete order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare precise shipping documentation in accordance with company policies and customer requirements.
  • Ensure export customs declarations are accurate and fully compliant with current regulations.
  • Maintain comprehensive export transaction records to support audit and compliance activities.
  • Accurately classify goods with the correct HS codes to enable prompt customs clearance.
  • Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders from both local and international contractors.
  • Optimize freight bookings, routes, and modes to minimize costs and improve operational efficiency.
