Leadership Opportunity

The Principal will lead the religious life of the school and foster a vibrant Catholic identity within the school community.

  • Grow student engagement, progress, achievement, and wellbeing in a collaborative environment.
  • Establish a sustainable school community by ensuring responsible stewardship of resources with transparency, accountability, and compliance.
About You
  • Proven experience as an educational leader, holding senior roles such as Assistant Principal, Deputy Principal, Head of Campus or Principal, or equivalent experience in Catholic schools.
  • Experience in teaching and leading the teaching of religious education, demonstrating a deep understanding of curriculum development and implementation.
Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively manage and lead a school community through strategic planning, staff development, and fostering a positive school culture.
  • Demonstrated commitment to promoting and integrating Catholic values and teachings within the school environment, including supporting faith-based initiatives and the spiritual development of students and staff.
  • Develop innovative teaching practices, curriculum development, and improve student outcomes in accordance with AITSL standards, showcasing expertise in educational leadership.
