- Work closely with commercial and sales teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards
- Implement 5S principles and maintain a safe work environment
- Meet customer satisfaction goals for timely delivery and quality standards
- Design systems to achieve the lowest Total Cost of Ownership
- Develop and implement solutions to product issues
- Provide product expertise to meet the objectives of the Engineering Project Team
- Provide advice to the wider organisation as a recognised SME
- Support the operations team in above activities
- Degree qualification in a Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a related engineering role
- Demonstrated knowledge or and experience working to engineering and AS/ISO standards
- Knowledge of relevant codes and underlying theory
- Ability to read and understand engineering plant drawings and P&ID diagrams
- Presentation and communication skills to develop high levels of credibility with customers
- Self-motivated and committed with an ability to run schedules and maintain critical timelines
- Proficient user of 2D and 3D drawing packages and Microsoft Office
