Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated junior legal secretary to join our team at a leading Global law firm. This is a career-defining role that offers great opportunities for growth and development.

About the Role: As a junior legal secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including opening and closing matters, handling enquiries, and preparing legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing matters
  • Handling enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
  • Organising and confirming meetings and appointments
  • Email management
  • Preparing legal documents and drafting correspondence
  • File management
  • General administration (photocopying, printing, and scanning)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience working within a law firm or professional organisation
  • Completed a Diploma or Certificate in legal studies
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and great with clients and colleagues
  • Able to anticipate the needs of the team and take a proactive approach to work
  • Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
  • Great energy and highly motivated
  • Good technical skills
