Job Opportunity: We are seeking a dedicated junior legal secretary to join our team at a leading Global law firm. This is a career-defining role that offers great opportunities for growth and development.
About the Role: As a junior legal secretary, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, including opening and closing matters, handling enquiries, and preparing legal documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Opening and closing matters
- Handling enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face
- Organising and confirming meetings and appointments
- Email management
- Preparing legal documents and drafting correspondence
- File management
- General administration (photocopying, printing, and scanning)
Requirements:
- Minimum 12 months experience working within a law firm or professional organisation
- Completed a Diploma or Certificate in legal studies
- Professional, enthusiastic, and great with clients and colleagues
- Able to anticipate the needs of the team and take a proactive approach to work
- Outstanding time management skills and attention to detail
- Great energy and highly motivated
- Good technical skills
