Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Programmer Analyst to join our team at InfoTech Services (Hong Kong) Limited. As a Contract Programmer Analyst, you will be responsible for writing programs, enhancing and maintaining existing systems, conducting testing, and preparing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Program Development: Write programs and enhance/maintain existing systems to meet the requirements of our clients.
• Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct program testing, system testing, and user acceptance to ensure the quality of our deliverables.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain program documentation to facilitate communication and knowledge sharing within the team.
• System Implementation: Install and set up software on new computer systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Project Support: Assist in preparing project reports and specifications to support project delivery.

Requirements:

• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in web application development, strong knowledge in user interface design, OOP, MVC, and MVVM design pattern.
• Years of Experience: At least three (3) years' post-qualification IT experience, with one (1) year in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
• Language: Cantonese and English.
• Technical Skills: At least 3 years' experience in HTML5, JavaScript Programming,.Net Development, System Implementation and Maintenance/Support, Structured Query Language, Visual Studio.Net, and Web Programming.
• Non-Technical Skill: At least 3 years' experience in helpdesk call handling.
• Education: Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent.

Working Conditions:

• Working Hours: Normal office hours.
• Working Location: FEHD offices in Hong Kong SAR.
• On Call Support: May be required.
