Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality medical care to our residents, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, working closely with our interdisciplinary team.
- Lead and mentor our nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance resident care.
- A current nursing degree and AHPRA registration.
- Leadership experience in clinical care, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
