Job Title: Pharmacy Director
">About the Role:
">This is a leadership opportunity to lead the administrative functions of a pharmacy department, including managing cross-functional relationships and facilitating communication among disciplines.
">Responsibilities:

- Lead the administrative functions of the pharmacy department, including but not limited to pharmacy programs and vendors.">
- Facilitate communication, coordination, and collaboration among disciplines and departments regarding identification, planning, and provision of high quality, cost-effective care.">
- Manage direct contracted Specialty Pharmacies, including contract management and oversight of daily operations.">
- Provide pharmacy bid support to Medicare and Marketplace during annual filings.">
- Assist in managing pharmacy and drug spend budgets and identifying and tracking savings initiatives and opportunities.">
Qualifications:
">- ">
- A Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) or Bachelor degree in pharmacy from an accredited College or School of Pharmacy.">
- Licensure as a pharmacist within the United States.">
- Three years experience in pharmacy administration in a health plan or Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), with at least two years working knowledge of Medicare.">
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
