Radiology IT Specialist

We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to fill this exciting opportunity in a radiology clinic environment.

As a Radiology IT Professional, you will be responsible for providing coordination and support for radiologists and the operations team to enhance efficiency and improve overall service delivery to patients and referrers.

Main Responsibilities:

• Workflow Management: oversee key performance indicators of hospital contracts, coordinate daily workflow of radiologists, communicate any interruption, delay or change of service to hospitals as needed.
• Service Excellence and Work Relationships: deliver excellent quality service to internal and external customer inquiries, build positive workplace relationships, answer calls and troubleshoot with hospitals and referents.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: collect and analyse data relating to workflow efficiency, Radiologist metrics and performance to key contract KPIs. Provide data internally and externally around IT outages, ensure accurate invoicing through variance analysis and case billing evaluation.

Essential Requirements:

• Proficiency in Radiology IT platforms (RIS/PACS) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Clerical/administration staff with at least 2 years' experience in a radiology clinic setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively liaise with Radiologists, management & site-based teams.
