We are currently seeking experienced Housekeeping Managers to lead our teams in various locations across Australia. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing all housekeeping operations, ensuring guest satisfaction and compliance with hotel standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing housekeeping teams to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Monitoring and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Diploma-level qualification in hospitality management or a related field
  • At least two years of experience in a similar Housekeeping Manager role, preferably within a 4 or 5-star environment

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong ability to motivate and manage staff, and a proven track record of achieving results in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: $80,000-$90,000 per annum plus superannuation
