About the Job:
We are seeking an expert who can serve as a key team member in our Service Now HRSD support team. The successful candidate will work on various projects, including the design, development, troubleshooting, debugging, and deployment of technical solutions. Additionally, they will manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outage, system maintenance, testing, and remain current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutions.
The Digital Solutions Architect will be responsible for gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical solutions. They will also work independently to provide solutions to stakeholders and as part of a team, maintaining focus and working effectively with multiple demands. Excellent analytical and time management skills, as well as excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, are essential for this role.
In order to succeed in this position, the candidate should have a strong background in Service Now HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation. At least 5+ years of experience in Service Now HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation are required. Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of Service Now HRSD is also highly valued.
A Bachelor's/Master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Engineering is necessary. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are highly desired. A self-driven individual with a positive attitude and ability to motivate others would be preferred.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes salary range: AUD 108,571- 119,893 (Annual Gross) and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
