Job Title: Rental Kit Professional

 

Key Responsibilities:

The Rental Kit Manager oversees daily operations, managing interdepartmental communication, customer contact, reporting, stock tracking, and records maintenance.

Reporting Relationship:

The Rental Kit Manager reports directly to the Operations Manager, with four direct reports for Rental Kits and ConMed Sports Tissue.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Actioning customer requests/bookings
  • Customer correspondence and feedback (internal and external)
  • Liaising with Rental Set Assistants regarding dispatch and stock replenishment
  • Management and administration of Regional Office Rotation Loan Sets
  • Enquiries, escalated disputes, issue resolution, and anomaly management (internal & External)
  • Determining product usage and facilitating information advising Customer Service for invoicing
  • Actioning requests for new set creation in line with RA/QA

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Coordination of the Sports Tissue process management
  • Ensuring timely responses to all requests
  • Securing appropriate approvals
  • Verifying FM008 completeness and accuracy
  • Facilitating health funding (if required)
  • Following up on outstanding Tissue Trace Forms
  • Receiving and filing Tissue Trace Forms appropriately

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality assurance.
