Position Overview

The Outdoor Recreation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and supporting casual play participants, organizing birthday celebrations, and facilitating children's classes and programs.

We seek motivated individuals who are enthusiastic about physical activity and wellness. Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse age groups are essential. While comprehensive training will be provided, prior experience working with children is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and assist casual play participants
  • Facilitate and support children's programs and classes
  • Organize and host birthday celebrations for children
  • Conduct school holiday programs
  • Assist with obstacle and ninja racing events

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to engage with individuals across a wide age range
  • Positive demeanor and high energy levels
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working With Children's Check
  • National Police Check

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in gymnastics
  • Experience in obstacle racing or ninja activities
  • Experience in parkour
  • Experience working with children
  • Customer service experience
  • Coaching experience
