Job DescriptionThis role will involve delivering evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing coronary and vascular procedures. You will work closely with our multi-disciplinary team consisting of cardiac and vascular surgeons, nurses, technicians, and radiographers to ensure seamless patient care.
The successful candidate will have sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. They will be committed to providing high-quality patient care, adhering to the ACQSHC National standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering evidence-based nursing care to patients undergoing coronary and vascular procedures.
- Working closely with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Ensuring patient and staff safety.
- Delivering education and support to patients for the management of their health recovery post-procedure.
The Mount Hospital's Angiography suite is a dynamic and busy unit completing over 4120 coronary and vascular procedures annually. We have a team of experienced supportive nursing staff and radiographers delivering the highest quality care and service.

RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
- Current Registration with AHPRA.
- A Working with Children check.
- Commitment to Quality Patient Care and demonstrated ability to adhere to the ACQSHC National standards.
- Sound clinical decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
