Amentum is seeking a skilled Property and Leasing Manager to join our team in Alice Springs.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage property inspections, coordinate move-ins, and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property management principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and oversee property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Assist with maintenance coordination and follow-up with contractors to resolve issues promptly.
  • Facilitate move-in processes and manage communication with new arrivals and existing employees.
  • Support marketing and communication strategies to attract potential tenants.
  • Attend open inspections and maintain accurate data in contact management systems.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and ensure safety principles are integrated into daily activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and adapt to changing priorities.
Requirements
  • Property Management Registration or Real Estate License (current and valid in NT).
  • 2-3 years of experience in property administration with strong communication and detail orientation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Publisher).
  • High level of client service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
  • Valid Driver's License and Police Clearance.
  • Ability to undertake a Work Health Assessment.
Additional Requirements
  • Experience with SAP or the ability to gain access.
  • Additional qualifications or certifications in property management.

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is estimated at $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Amentum offers a range of benefits, including comprehensive health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
