Maintenance Groundskeeper

Cater Care is a reputable organization seeking skilled Maintenance Groundskeeper to join our team in Cairns and Townsville. As a key member of our remote maintenance teams, you will play a vital role in maintaining the site grounds and garden, ensuring that all facilities are clean and well-maintained.

• Maintain and enhance site grounds and garden.
• Turf management, tree and shrub maintenance, mowing, weed control, and watering the grounds.
• Maintain camp facilities in a serviceable and presentable condition, including minor repairs.
• Maintain yards at the site in a presentable level as required in contractual requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will require:

• A collaborative individual skilled (12 months +) in managing multiple tasks in high-pressure settings.
• Capability to endure extended shifts (11.5 hours) in a dynamic work environment.
• Experience in general maintenance or a background in trades or labor is preferred.
• Familiarity with chemical handling is advantageous.
