We are currently seeking a highly skilled Regional Director to lead our efforts in the NSW and ACT markets. As a key business leader, you will be responsible for driving profitable growth across up to 24 stores in your region, while also providing local support and accountability to ensure their success.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive profitable growth in numbers across stores, staff, customers, sales, and profits.
  • Provide local support and accountability to ensure the success of up to 24 stores in your region.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within your team.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive business outcomes.
  • Monitor and track performance metrics to inform decision-making.

About You:

  • You have a proven track record of success as a Brand Leader or similar role.
  • You possess a strong understanding of our products, processes, and marketing strategies.
  • You excel at building relationships with stakeholders and driving business outcomes.
  • You are an ambitious, highly motivated individual with excellent problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:
