The RoleWe are looking for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Christmas Casual Retail Assistant. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of store presentation.
- Be solution-oriented and results-focused, with a strong attention to detail.
- Create opportunities to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Be the face of the brand, inspiring a shared vision and promoting teamwork.
- Be innovative and bring energy to the team, while giving energy to customers.

We have multiple store locations across Melbourne, including South Wharf DFO, Spencer St DFO, Essendon DFO, Bundoora (Uni Hill) DFO, Smith St (Fitzroy), Moorabbin DFO, Chadstone, Emporium, and Werribee.
About YouWe are looking for someone who is passionate about the Converse brand and has experience in retail or hospitality. You should be able to celebrate the customer, be willing to learn and grow, and have a strong work ethic.
