Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our risk management function, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our risk management content, coordinating risk management registers and control registers, and ensuring the quality of data.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and manage risk management content in Resolver, including incident reporting and follow-up, and internal audit action tracking.
- Coordinate risk management registers and control registers, ensuring consistency and quality of data.
- Coordinate annual and ad-hoc risk management training.
- Prepare analytical reports as per Group reporting requirements.
- Assist with assurance system reviews and improvements.
- Operational management of the outsourced Internal Audit function.
- Facilitate the internal audit program and action management of same, liaising with external providers as required.
- Prepare quarterly Board and ARCC reporting.
- Work collaboratively across the Risk, Compliance, and WH&S functions to deliver key projects and outcomes, including:
- Delivery of updated Data Governance and Privacy Frameworks.
- Assistance on GS007 type 2 and addition of CPS230 requirements.
- Work Health Safety Management System projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years risk management experience.
- High-level competency in Microsoft Office.
- Risk management electronic platforms/software management experience.
- Implementation of risk management training programs.
- Proven project management experience.

- Excellent consultation, communication, and collaboration skills.
- High level of organisation, time management, and planning capability.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to plan and prioritise work and coordinate a range of activities simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
