Role Overview: As a Senior Azure Integration Consultant, you will be instrumental in designing enterprise integration solutions and custom applications utilizing the Microsoft Azure platform. Your main goal will be to tackle our clients' business challenges by leveraging the extensive offerings within the Microsoft cloud ecosystem. You will work closely with client stakeholders, business analysts, project managers, and practice leads to create robust end-to-end solutions on Azure. This role requires a balanced focus on both pre-sales activities and project execution, ensuring a smooth transition from solution design to successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Business Development: Assist the business development team throughout the bidding process, conduct client discovery workshops, assess client integration and application landscapes, gather business and technical requirements, and develop detailed estimations and staffing models.
  • Client Consulting: Engage with clients to understand their needs, guide them through their cloud transformation journey, and advise the project management team on the best approaches to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Architecture and Engineering: Lead and mentor other technical consultants on projects, deliver technology strategies, create technical specifications, and perform hands-on cloud deployments and assessments aligned with client requirements.

Required Experience and Skills:
  • 10+ years of IT experience, with a strong focus on Azure cloud technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience in selling consulting engagements, including business case development and writing statements of work.
  • Proficiency in facilitating client design workshops, emphasizing cloud enterprise integration and transformation.
  • Expertise in architecting solutions that align client business challenges with technology strategies.
  • Experience in implementing complex Azure integrations and delivering Azure-based applications.
  • Proven track record in managing large-scale, enterprise-level IT projects from inception to completion.
  • Desirable: Expertise in optimizing ICT processes and systems.
  • Nice to have: Experience in collaborating with Microsoft across various functions.
