About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Solutions Designer to join our high-performing product and commercial team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing and delivering scalable, repeatable, and deliverable solutions that meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in infrastructure, connectivity, cloud products, and commercial awareness. You will work closely with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions are commercially sound, deliverable, and aligned with product goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and documenting end-to-end solution architectures for customers
  • Working with pre-sales, business development, and sales operations teams to ensure proposed solutions are commercially sound, deliverable, and aligned with product goals
  • Creating and maintaining solution design templates and reusable assets to streamline onboarding and delivery
  • Acting as a logical bridge between strategy, sales, delivery, support, billing, and legal functions to ensure alignment and clarity at all stages
  • Supporting the team by applying structured logic to complex initiatives and providing clear scoping, impact assessments, and delivery recommendations

Requirements:

  • Able to bring order, clarity, and logic to complex and ambiguous challenges
  • Proven ability to work across product, sales, legal, and operations to deliver cohesive outcomes
  • Strong background in infrastructure, connectivity, cloud products, and how they are scoped, delivered, and supported
  • Commercial awareness to balance customer needs with delivery feasibility and commercial viability
  • Ability to translate between technical and business stakeholders with clarity and influence
