The Role

As a seasoned Construction Project Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of high-profile construction programs. Your strategic vision and hands-on approach will drive success across multiple sites, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and meeting the highest quality standards.

This is not just a project management role – it's a leadership opportunity. You'll oversee individual project delivery while governing multiple concurrent workstreams across a national portfolio, orchestrating diverse stakeholders, and embedding commercial and risk controls. You'll set the standard for governance, commercial discipline, and stakeholder engagement, maintaining a strong focus on safety, risk management, and on-the-ground execution.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and manage integrated master schedules and resource plans to ensure timely completion of multi-site programs.
  2. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Property, Ops, Finance, Environment, Regulatory) to deliver cohesive project outcomes.
  3. Drive contractor performance, scope control, and risk mitigation across all phases.
  4. Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and statutory regulations on all project sites.
  5. Produce concise reporting for executive leadership on progress, risk, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading multi-site capital works programs, overseeing governance frameworks, and portfolio prioritization.
  • Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of project management tools and systems.
  • Ability to work across operational and strategic levels, from site delivery to executive reporting.
  • Passionate about continuous improvement, team development, and stakeholder value.
