About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable lifeguards to join our team at Belgravia Health & Leisure Group Pty Ltd. As a lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment at our aquatic facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all patrons
  • Monitor and maintain the pool area, including the pool deck, surrounding areas, and facilities
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary
  • Work effectively as part of a team to maintain a safe and efficient pool operation
  • Communicate effectively with patrons, staff, and management to ensure a smooth and safe operation
Requirements
  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
