About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team at our Global Support Centre in Geelong. This role will play a critical part in enabling our vision by facilitating a seamless customer experience from order to payment, and driving business growth through efficient and effective accounts receivable processes.
As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including setting up new customers, preparing invoices, applying payments, and performing monthly reconciliations in a timely manner. You will also have the opportunity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and productivity.
To be successful in this role, you will require a proven track record of experience in a similar accounts receivable role, a great understanding of general ledger and accounting processes, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Experience with Great Plains Accounting Package and a global, multi-currency business environment would be highly advantageous.
