Expert Architect Role

We are seeking an experienced architect to join our team as a senior expert. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented and ambitious individual who wants to work on high-profile projects.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading architectural and technical work with minimal supervision, contributing to the delivery of high-quality projects across all stages.

Key responsibilities include supporting or leading design development, preparing advanced documentation, coordinating procurement and construction delivery, and ensuring compliance with our standards and policies.

A core part of this role is building strong relationships with clients and consultants while working collaboratively across internal teams. You will also play a key role in guiding junior staff and contributing to the culture and success of our studio.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years post-graduate experience, preferably registered.
  • Advanced knowledge of design principles, building materials, construction methods, codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit, Adobe Suite, 3D software, Microsoft Suite, AMS and New Forma.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey design intent.
  • Proven ability to manage time, priorities, and delegated tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Experience working collaboratively in a team environment, with the ability to guide and support junior staff.
  • A commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth, staying current with industry standards and trends.
