Delivery Driver and Warehouse Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team in Caloundra West.

This role involves delivering products, providing exceptional service to plumbers and other tradespeople, and maintaining the warehouse and trade counter environment.

A typical day includes:

  • Delivering parts and products to customers using a company vehicle
  • Pick packing and stock control activities
  • Maintaining a tidy and safe branch and warehouse environment
  • Providing accurate product information and excellent customer service

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service, and enjoy helping customers both in person and over the phone. You should also be comfortable using technology, willing to learn new systems, and hold a clean, valid driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivery of products and materials to customers
  • Stock management and pick/pack activities
  • Warehouse maintenance and organization
  • Provide top-notch customer service

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in delivery driving, retail, or customer service
  • Valid driver's licence and clean driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends
