Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a 6-month opportunity with the possibility of extension.
As an Accounts Payable Officer, you will be responsible for processing high-volume invoices, undertaking supplier reconciliations, responding to and resolving supplier queries, processing electronic funds transfer payments, and preparing reports for the Finance Manager as required.
The ideal candidate will have substantial full-function accounts payable experience working in a similar position, ideally for a larger organisation. You should be self-motivated, results-driven, and efficient with strong attention to detail. Experience on a large enterprise resource planning system like Tech One, SAP, or Pronto will be advantageous.
About This Role- Process high-volume invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Undertake thorough supplier reconciliations
- Respond promptly to and resolve supplier queries
- Process electronic funds transfer payments efficiently
- Prepare regular reports for the Finance Manager as required
