Role Overview:

  • Senior Geologists contribute to updating resource models following the completion of drill programs, aligning with operational requirements.
  • Through geological reconciliation, they provide critical advice to minimize dilution and maximize commercial outcomes.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 7 years of mining experience, with at least 5 years focused on gold mining.
  • Thorough understanding of the mining lifecycle from exploration to mining and geological reconciliation.
  • Demonstrated expertise in grade control, geological modeling, and estimation.
  • Ability to accurately forecast budgets and manage costs effectively.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in geology.
