Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.


About You
  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
  • You are highly organized and able to multitask with ease, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively.
  • You possess a strong work ethic and are committed to achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of presentation and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver exceptional customer service at all times, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
  2. Assist the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations, including receiving deliveries, opening/closing the store and maintaining the overall presentation of the store.
  3. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and handling cash and credit payments.
  4. Maintain accurate records and reports as required by management, including stock levels and sales data.
