We are seeking a skilled Courseware Developer to join our production team.
As part of this role, you will work closely with other developers, multimedia specialists, quality assurance personnel, web developers and Subject Matter Experts to build a wide range of learning products from simple job aids to complex e-learning courseware programs or interactive 3-D simulations.
Your experience in developing training systems and lessons in courseware authoring software will be critical to our success.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Designing and developing training materials
- Reviewing training content to ensure adherence to development standards and requirements
- Meeting delivery schedules and reporting any issues arising within the schedule
- Collaborating with colleagues in sharing expertise and monitoring performance in tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent experience
- Training or qualifications in the development of computer-based training
- Demonstrated understanding of defence training policies and procedures
- Experience with Learning Content Management Systems and authoring tools
We offer a hybrid working approach and some national and international travel may be required.
