The Security Clearance Lead is responsible for leading a high-performing team handling complex personal security clearance processes across various levels.
Main Responsibilities:- Meticulously process security clearances adhering to Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF) and industry best practices.
- Conduct thorough Quality Assurance checks on Personal Security Files (PSFs), ensuring alignment with standard procedures and the PSPF.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders and senior team members to deliver efficient caseload management and execution.
To be considered for this role, you must have extensive experience in Government or similar high-security environments, a minimum Negative Vetting Level 1, and relevant certifications.
