About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Roc Consulting. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has a passion for lighting and wants to take their career to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple large projects from initial tender stage to final supply, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, designers, and consultants, providing exceptional communication and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Schedule and coordinate deliveries of orders, ensuring packaging meets customer specifications and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Prepare quote estimates from floor plans and architectural drawings, accurately reflecting client requirements.
  • Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accurate information and efficient communication.
  • Prepare contracts, sales reports, and calendar bookings for the Account Management Team, streamlining processes and enhancing productivity.
  • Act as the first point of contact for Interior Designers, Architects, and Wholesalers, responding to enquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Perform general project administration duties, contributing to the smooth operation of the business.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of internal sales or project coordination/management experience within the lighting industry.
  • A strong understanding of lighting principles, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Able to commute to the Richmond Showroom Monday to Friday, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage key stakeholders and clients in a professional manner.
