Teacher for a Christian School Community

Australia's leading Christian education organisation is seeking a dedicated and passionate teacher to join our team.
We are committed to excellence in education, with a focus on developing each student spiritually, academically, socially and physically to flourish into their full potential.
The role involves leading the Christian formation of students, delivering pastoral care from a genuine Christian faith, and contributing to an inclusive approach to learning and cross-cultural understanding.
You will develop an approach to education that is biblically grounded, Christ-focused, culturally engaging, and academically rigorous.
Preference will be given to teachers familiar with an Explicit Instruction model of teaching.
The successful candidate will teach the prescribed curriculum within a conducive learning environment to develop students' interests, skills and abilities.
In addition, you will contribute to the school community by participating in staff meetings, extra-curricular tasks, and liaising with parents where appropriate.
Requirements- A relevant bachelor degree and any other relevant teaching qualifications.
- Passion about impacting students' minds and hearts and providing a safe, supportive learning environment.
- Highly relational and committed to a holistic view of teaching and of student welfare.
- Keen to collaborate with colleagues in developing and implementing teaching and learning programs.
- A servant heart and vibrant Christian faith.
