HiTech Group is seeking a highly skilled Security Training and Development Officer/L&D Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering critical technical and operational security training programs that contribute to the safety and security of our personnel both domestically and internationally.
Key Responsibilities- Design and Development: Create and implement comprehensive security training programs that address technical and operational security risks.
- Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and effective security training sessions to ensure personnel are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties safely and securely.
- Security Framework: Develop and maintain a Security Professional Development Framework that aligns with our organization's security policies and procedures.
- Policy Development: Create briefing materials and policy guidance to support the security training framework.
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment: A recognized qualification in training and assessment is essential for this role.
- Technical Security Experience: Experience in technical security or working within the intelligence community is highly desirable.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills: Excellent management, coordination, and interpersonal skills are required to build collaborative relationships domestically and internationally.
- AGSVA NV2 Clearance: A valid AGSVA NV2 Clearance is required for engagement onsite.
