Job Title: Logistics Officer

We are seeking a skilled logistics professional to join our team. As a Logistics Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth movement of goods and products from point of origin to destination.

Your primary duties will include managing freight forwarders, booking containers, gathering customs documentation, and ensuring shipments arrive on time. You will work closely with the warehouse crew to ensure that all products are properly packed, prepped, and ready for shipment.

This is a logistics role with teeth. You're not just reacting to problems, you're preventing them. You'll be running the full logistics show, monitoring stock movement, tracking inventory across systems, helping plan production scheduling, and providing insight to improve how the whole operation runs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have at least 5 years of experience in logistics, preferably in a fast-paced environment. You should be proficient in SAP or similar systems and comfortable working with spreadsheets. Strong communication skills are also essential, as you will need to keep stakeholders updated on shipment progress and resolve any issues that arise.

About You

You have been around logistics long enough. You're the one sorting things out while others are still scratching their heads. Bringing around 5 years of experience already. Probably in a fast-paced and quick-moving environment. Product focused and reliant on international freight.

A background in supply chain planning, warehousing or production support is even better.
