About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Property Manager to join our team at Gough Recruitment AU. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of 140 properties, ensuring that all properties are well-maintained and that tenants are satisfied with their living arrangements.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in property management, a current QLD Certificate of Registration, and a current driver's license. You will also need to be an excellent problem solver, able to work from home and autonomously without supervision, and have a hard-working and honest work ethic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio management of 140 properties
  • No trust accounting or invoicing
  • No routines, open homes or entries
  • Process and follow up on maintenance orders
  • Prepare CMA's for lease renewals
  • Issue leases
  • Manage arrears
  • Conduct exit reports
  • Upload rental listings online
  • Tenant sign-ups
  • Liaise with owners and tenants
