**The Role**: As a Business Partner for Performance and Culture Development, you will collaborate closely with senior leaders and managers to provide comprehensive HR support. This critical role drives HR strategies and manages high-volume performance and employee relations cases, leading key initiatives while coaching and developing leaders throughout the business.

**Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including Awards and Agreements interpretation.
  • Lead performance management processes, supporting managers and resolving disciplinary matters.
  • Build partnerships with business leaders to align HR strategies with operational goals.
  • Manage HR projects supporting business unit growth and development.
  • Contribute to enterprise bargaining negotiations and ensure employment legislation compliance.

**Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced settings with at least 5 years of HR experience in unionized, blue-collar environments. They possess strong problem-solving skills, ability to think laterally, and excellent communication skills. A confident HR professional excels in performance management, has a talent for coaching, and builds strong relationships with stakeholders.
