We are currently seeking compassionate and skilled professionals to provide high-quality holistic care to clients in their home.
This role involves helping people to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life in the comfort of their own homes. Our priority is to empower our clients to live fulfilling lives with integrity and purpose.
As a Home Care Support Professional, you will be a valued member of our team, providing services that support clients' individual needs in both their home and community.
- Provide personal and domestic care to clients
- Empower and care for individuals in a community setting
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Willingness to participate in further education opportunities
Key Responsibilities:
- Domestic Assistance including cleaning
- Meal Preparation
- Medication Assistance (Prompting)
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living
- Respite
- Transport to appointments and shopping, or any other social activity
Essential Qualifications:
- Certificate III in Aged and Disability
- Satisfactory Australian National Police check
- Current or willing to obtain a first aid and CPR certificate
- Smart mobile phone
- Driver's licence and reliable presentable vehicle
- Up-to-date vaccination against COVID-19
